Building Bataan's digital future.

Since 2014, the council has brought Bataan's industry, academe, and government together on one technology agenda for the province.

Our position

Bataan's place in the digital economy will be decided by the choices its own institutions make today.

Since 2014 the council has been the private-sector voice on technology in Bataan. Our trustees lead companies, universities, and public offices across the province. We use that reach to align policy, talent, and investment behind one direction.

In practice, we do three things. We convene and co-organize the province's technology programs. We represent industry where public decisions are made. And we carry Bataan's founders and institutions into national and international networks.

About the council

Vision and mission

A digitally empowered, innovative, and globally competitive Bataan, where ICT and emerging technologies drive inclusive economic growth, quality public services, sustainable development, and better opportunities for every resident.

Our mission

  1. Work with government, academe, industry, and the community toward a shared technology agenda for the province.
  2. Advance digital skills, innovation, and the growth of new enterprises.
  3. Share knowledge and build partnerships that open Bataan to wider networks.
  4. Help public services adopt technology well and serve residents better.

Our framework

Three priorities, one direction.

  1. 01 · Region into Bataan

    Attract

Bring national events, new technology, and partners into the province.

  2. 02 · Within Bataan

    Build

Strengthen local policy, institutions, talent, and startups.

  3. 03 · Bataan to the world

    Lead

Put Bataan's founders and institutions on the national and global stage.

Reinvest. What we gain beyond the province comes home as partners, practice, and investment, and feeds the next cycle.
